Website Consolidation. One Way Forward.
Figment started the ball rolling with audits of the two original websites. Next came discovery workshops. Working closely with head of marketing Kam Sohi, we planned out the new site from top to bottom. Lots of sticky notes later and we had our audience, site map and user journey ready to go. We then set to work on a new, clean Forum Training logo, adding the professional development strap line. It all sits perfectly with the new website design.

Forum’s previous websites were clunky and unmanageable. It’s a stress no business wants. For its new website, Forum needed a simple, flexible way to offer its professional courses and subscriptions. The solution? WooCommerce. In the right hands it’s an excellent e-commerce platform tailored for WordPress. Not only can Forum now offer services and products and manage them with ease; now in addition, custom data is captured during the checkout process for effective monitoring. This means Forum can stay right on top of its sales performance.

Figment designed the site at various screen widths to make it look great across desktops, smartphones and tablets. The coded website loads super-quick on all devices. And thanks to mobile-responsive design, we’ve kept Google happy too.
