We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Figment has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2022 European Search Awards for Best Use of Search – Real Estate & Property! This is a massive achievement for us, as the awards attract entries from leading agencies Europe wide.

The European Search Awards cover a variety of categories, including ‘Best use of Search’ which showcases success across various industry sectors, including travel, finance, health, retail, and real estate and property. And it was real estate and property that got us into the finals.

The strategy that got us shortlisted

Having recently made significant achievements with an SEO and PPC campaign for a client in the property sector, taking the business from zero online visibility to 44 top 3 Google rankings and 52 Page 1 rankings, driving organic web traffic up by a whopping 1678% in just six months and boosting sales beyond expectations, we chose this campaign as our award entry focus project.

The strategy that got us shortlisted was an all-encompassing one that went above and beyond local SEO and organic SEO companies, allowing us to secure our letting agent client a truly standout place in the highly competitive UK real estate crowd.

From revitalised branding for competitive edge, to SEO-friendly web design and development to create corporate presence and support our search campaigns. From E-books and newsletters to boost engagement, to a supporting PPC campaign, expertly managed to maximise search results and achieve optimised exposure on a limited budget. With this campaign, we really did have all the bases covered.

Judges are search industry experts from around Europe, selected for their expertise, insight and experience. Judging is a rigorous two-stage process which examines every aspect of a campaign, from concept and application to audience experience and profitability.

The finals of the European Search Awards 2022, hosted by Don’t Panic events, will be presented live at a gala dinner and ceremony at La Llotja de Mar in Barcelona, Spain on 26th May 2022, so just a few nail biting weeks to wait. Wish us luck!
