At Figment, he’s guided hundreds of brands through digital transformation, balancing cutting-edge technology with a human-first approach. A first-class Brunel graduate, Steve began his career with Apple before leading digital innovation at MirriAd, Foreign Currency Direct and the British Fertility Society. A well-being advocate, jazz pianist and proud family man, he brings emotional intelligence and commercial insight to every partnership.
Emma Grant
Emma is Figment’s Co-Director and strategic lead, with over a decade’s experience driving innovation and research-led growth. A Newcastle University Marketing & Management graduate, she shapes Figment’s approach to AI and emerging technologies, ensuring the agency and its clients stay ahead of change. Originally from Cheshire, Emma brings creativity and dedication to everything she does, balancing her love of art, music and travel with strong family values and genuine care for client success.

Michael has a wealth of experience in e-learning, web design and development, server management and full stack development, all of which play a vital role in maximising the success of our clients’ projects.
His excellent problem-solving skills mean Michael will always come up with the perfect solution to ensure a smooth-running website that gets results. Also on the subject of problem-solving, Michael is our support ticket action man, resolving everyday technical issues swiftly so that our clients’ websites can keep on pulling in maximum sales.
After office hours, Michael will either be tending to his garden, or taking in a live music gig.

Sunny is Figment’s AI Search Growth Manager, with over 15 years’ hands-on experience and a reputation for living and breathing SEO. With a digital agency and B2B lead-generation background, he blends deep technical knowledge with commercial insight to create search strategies that drive genuine business growth. His research-led approach helps clients stay ahead in a fast-moving, AI-powered search landscape. A devoted dad, keen cook and lifelong film fanatic, he brings enthusiasm and insight to every client partnership.

Greg brings a unique blend of expertise to the team, combining a decade of web design and development experience with an in-depth understanding of SEO. It’s a blend of skills that makes him not only spot-on at improving Google rankings for clients, but red-hot when it comes to converting website visitors into leads or sales.
Creative and strategic by nature, Greg always takes time to get to grips with a client’s business, and understand their goals. For him, it’s all about making sure SEO campaigns are neatly aligned with a client’s business objectives, for the results that matter most.
When he’s not working, Greg loves spending days at the beach. He also enjoys a spot of cooking, and is, by his own admission, equally keen on eating.

As a pay-per-click specialist with in-depth knowledge of SEO, Boh combines powerful skills to get the most out of all types of online advertising campaigns. Always the optimist, Boh shares the Figment value of building long-lasting client relationships. His realistic outlook and honest approach are appreciated by clients.
Outside of work, Boh is a competitive rower. He’s a keen saxophone player and pianist too.

Pen down, Sarah is a proud member of the Essex Wildlife Trust and spends most of her free time enjoying inspiring walks through her local woodland and nature reserves, admiring everything that flaps, flutters and flowers.

When he’s not strategy planning, Zach likes to escape into the great outdoors where you’ll find him hiking or biking, camping or scaling peaks. A prime candidate for the wanderlust of the year award, he rarely sits still, although his 1970s camping trailer rebuild project,‘Purpleberry’, may keep him grounded for a while yet.
